Hey Mel, yes I am based in Wellington. You may see me roaming around the hospital and giving advice about what to eat with what(food prescription),if you are sick. I’ve read the Tessa’s books in the stores, the recipes made a lot of surprising sense. But with 100 or so cookbooks in my shelves, I am holding back for Ferran Adria’s 400 dollars cookbook… :)
